Typical delivery timeframe is 2β7 business days within South Africa, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the shipping process is outside of our direct control.
As such, Pixi Boutique is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages that occur while the parcel is in transit.
However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
Damages in Transit
We carefully check and package all orders before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and assist where possible, which may include filing a claim with the courier or offering a resolution based on the situation.
Incorrect Address
It is the customerβs responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Pixi Boutique is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
