Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@pixiboutiqueza.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
For hygiene and quality assurance, all earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
